New? Start Here

Hey There!

Welcome.  Welcome!!

I love people so hang out here for a while if you’d like to.  I post every Thursday (technically it’s usually somewhere around midnight or 1:43 a.m. on Thursday mornings- it’s the perfectionist in me not the procrastinator).  Please comment, I would love to hear from you!

Share Buttons

My share buttons play hide-and-go-seek under the comment bubble.  If you would like to share click on the comment bubble and scroll to the top of the page.  Share buttons are underneath my title.  Click and share.  (For anyone that has brain flops like I do, there’s a reminder at the bottom of every post on how to do this.)

Check out my About Page

If you want to know why I started this blog then check out the about page.  You’ll find more than you wanted to know there.  Spilled guts hang there.  Anyway.  It’s there if you want to take a look.

Alright… I’m done yacking at you.  If you find a little perk in my work, well then by all means, come on back!

Have a happy day… or at least a better day!

  1. Hi sweet girl. I am going to share your site with my sister’s friend that was just diagnosed with breast cancer. I believe your journals will be able to give her a depth of understanding and comfort that will help her as she begins this journey. Thank you for sharing.

  2. Hi Christie, thanks for your inspiring thoughts on my particular situation and the good work being done by Amputeebladerunners.com. You too are an inspiration to all who only see adversity as a minor obstacle in life. John Allan and Sweetie Dog

  3. Just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed your visit with the 16th ward Relief Society the other night. We were all impressed with your lovely spirit and your optimism which has got to be hard with stage 4 cancer.

And know you are in my prayers.

  4. Hi Christie, I got back to Hawaii and began training for the Hilo Hawaii 1/2 Marathon in March. Your life and inspiration was helpful toward winning the 70 and over age group race, finishing 122 out of 468 runners. I continue to read your blog and follow Cedar City life and your family. I look forward to seeing you at the next run for cancer event. Aloha, john and Sweetie. An E-mail from Heaven.
